We didn't eat but the food looks delicious! We came to Georgetown to stay for our bourbon trail experience and found Slainte. It's such a cool spot, full of history and warmth. The service was amazing and the crowd welcoming. We sat in one of the rooms with a fireplace and a glass of bourbon. The only thing that would've made a great experience even better would be if my bf could've had a cigar during our time here. Lol! This is a great local spot that you shouldn't overlook.

A fantastic gem! I stopped into the bar to kill time yesterday and was immediately invited by the quaint and cozy vibes. The whole place is just warm. One of a kind, for sure! I can't wait to go back when the weather gets nicer so that I can truly enjoy the outdoor patio!

We were in Georgetown for a few nights as part of a longer journey. My wife found Slainte on the map so we stopped in for lunch. The place has a cool historic vibe which appeals to us. We found the menu packed with many of our favorites. The portions were generous and a good value. Our bartender, Katie, was a blast, and she took good care of us. Make this a stop of your own!

We visited on a Friday evening in June while visiting KY on a bourbon tour. There was live music outside in the back. There is a pathway from the sidewalk to the back yard so a wheelchair can easily take that route and skip the house. The pub is a converted house boasting history and eclectic decor creating a fun atmosphere. My husband ordered fish and chips which he thoroughly enjoyed. I got a cottage pie which was the special and it was warm, comforting, and delicious. Definitely a repeat stop for us in the future!

I always wanted to try the place. I had the fish and chips plus and an orange (beer) cider. The food and drink were excellent. As a bonus, they included a slice of Irish bread with butter on the side that I gobbled up immediately. There were also two people performing music outback in the patio area where I ate. Very nice atmosphere. The building appeared to be a historic building so that was pretty cool.
